I can download it fine to my AT&T Motorola Backflip android phone, but when I try to install, I get:

"Security warning: This application comes form an unknown source, and for your security only applications from trusted sources can be installed."

Any way around this? Honestly your application was one of my main reasons for choosing this phone and android and now it won't install?

Sorry for the delay in responding.  The Backflip is quickly getting a reputation for it's limitations and locked down features...

With that said, you should be able to enable 3rd party devices via something like...

Settings --> Applications --> check Unknown sources.

Otherwise, it's best to check with their support.  This has nothing to do with the functionality of MMP on the droid, rather, AT&T's implementation.  Please let me know if you still have issues.  Happy to help.

Best,

I'm also seeing that the Backflip ships with OS version 1.5.  Can you confirm?  For reference, MMP works with 1.6 and 2.x.

Thanks!
